Not only are we in-network, but we are a preferred outpatient provider! At Heartland there is also no wait for insurance authorizations that could delay care.

FAST appointments - exams when you need them!

Some exams can be offered as soon as same-day! However, most exams can be easily accommodated within the week for quick and timely care.

It's your choice where to go for your exams

Scheduling your exam at Heartland is easy. Simply call (502) 429-6500. If you have been referred to another provider but prefer Heartland as your trusted care site. Visit your Humana Military Portal or call 1-800-444-5445 to request a site change.
